very nice haiku. It's amazing how simplicity gets to us where show won't. But I do believe that it being our life, we need to be in power and control and decide otherwise others will take the stance and decide for us, which I don't believe would be right.

blue lily blossoms will decide
according to their point of view
I need decisions in my favour though

Hey ghost, then I guess my response is incorrect. I didn't realize you meant to say, stop and smell the roses. By the way your haiku's very very sweet.
