Love (sonnet) (IK)

I am not sure what the IK challenge was, but it sounds like those who participated had a lot of fun. Sonnets, Shakespeare, love, and language of that time has left its mark on all of us.To use one word in the poem, it was an 'awesome' TPS Spotlight. Thank you for sharing. I liked that it was wriiten for Narrator's wife.

A pleasure to see this one again, and in the spotlight too!
As I already mentioned, I think there is something about the distinctive musical pattern of a sonnet which seems to go hand in hand with the theme of love, and the speaker is captured as a slightly shy and reserved lover whose feelings come to life in the company of the right person!
Well done, and congratulations on the spotlight!
