Cool of the moon
When it lights the night sky
Bright of the sun
That warms the mother earth
Tinge of the rainbow
Kissing the raindrops
Beauty of the pearls
Arising from the deep sea
This beauty of the nature
Is the love of the Gods
It is the magic of the Creator
That the cords strike the tunes
When the winter air plays the chime
It is the passion of this ambiance
That we release ourselves into
Such serene environment
Yet, filled with a noisy tingle
No doubt the world outside awaits too
But this is where I'd rather always be
When it lights the night sky
Bright of the sun
That warms the mother earth
Tinge of the rainbow
Kissing the raindrops
Beauty of the pearls
Arising from the deep sea
This beauty of the nature
Is the love of the Gods
It is the magic of the Creator
That the cords strike the tunes
When the winter air plays the chime
It is the passion of this ambiance
That we release ourselves into
Such serene environment
Yet, filled with a noisy tingle
No doubt the world outside awaits too
But this is where I'd rather always be

Although this poem does have a few religious references, even without them it immediately set me thinking about those who revere nature in a religious way. Perhaps it's a natural human trait to look for the more tangible elements of life as a hook upon which to hang their faith, and some of the wonders you have listed here are the products of so many different natural things coming together one could certainly see the influence of the divine. An uplifting read.

Beautiful poem, I can't help but admire the way you told this piece - different aspects of nature separate from one another but the same in other ways, I hope that makes sense. Anyway I enjoyed this nature piece and it just reminded me why I like reading nature poetry so much. Thanks for sharing

i liked the idea that while you're in nature, the world is 'outside'...that made me chuckle. all those desks and televisions and dinner tables outside in the world...shut the door! you're letting all the noise into my paradise! Such a nice end to this lovely tribute! - dew

We are all Nature's children, though some deny, and you captured the essence of it so superbly here Sana; still basking in the serene images conjured - cheers! - Dan

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it...and yes, the rest of the world is 'outside' since we're a product of the nature so the nature becomes our home...

I felt the soothing touch of your words with these lines:
It is the magic of the Creator
That the cords strike the tunes
When the winter air plays the chime
Congratulations on the TPS Spotlight recognition.
