World Theatre

Post by Ona Sabela » June 23rd, 2016, 5:20 pm

The rippling shadows of rustling leaves
dance,
pirouetting across the
porch that is their stage.
Wind sighs a swelling accompaniment
to the performance,
while the jeering
of the uncultured crows
is unable to diminish the grace
of the gently weaving performers.

Uncultured crows? I resemble that! Elegant, swirly words dance across the screen. Enjoyed your write.

Imaginative imagery, delightfully and elegantly composed; much enjoyed.

An enjoyable read, picturesque, and those ding dong crows always having to chime in a fact of life. But adding those two lines added some whimsy to this pretty poem..Tangie..

Nice small stage of the grandeur of the on-going performance of the natural world - complete with the heckling crows : )

I really like this, others see the wind blowing the trees, but a special heart sees them dancing and watches intently, thanks for sharing, may God bless
