I liked the metaphor of life as a string- it`s a really cool idea! The way that life never really ends, and how we aren`t in control is an interesting concept to explore.

The string simile works incredible. I also love how you weaved a metaphor for love underneath the surface simile. The last two lines are profound, in that it is so difficult and rare for a person to unravel life's strings.

This makes me think that we just make it all too complex to be satisfied and keep trying to quench the thirst near the water. Happiness is priceless and every one of us will be the richest once we know. Thanks for sharing.
