Fly with the wings of poesy
Above all the clouds:
Of sorrow and distress,
Of happiness and exhilaration,
Of love and passion ;
And there ..
Contemplate ,
The eventual companion -
Soul !
What if after you die God asks you "So, how was heaven?"

Re: A modest contemplation
Hazy, this is a true work of art which is both very delicate and powerful. To me, I see the 'eventual companion soul' as existing with and also bonding with Heavenly Father on the intellectual; the emotional; the social; the physical; and the spiritual level. In other words, finally and truly becoming one with Heavenly Father and all those of the same loving and divine inclinations through our Master, Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ. To me, your words have a definite Heavenly spirit to them. Thanks so very much for sharing your poetry with us. anthony

Re: A modest contemplation
hazy, I found your poem very inspiring. from my point of view. the soul is a good thing to feel and work with.
these days I find that my soul is my most important companion. it helps me get around. I ask it a question and it gives me an answer. most of the time it is right. sometimes I get confused by the answer. if I let it know that it gives me more answers. and I can work with that. thanks, paul

I concur with anthonycoll"s observation that this is both "delicate and powerful" ... a beautiful overview of our earth experience. Well put!
