Captivating tone and rhythm, from beginning to end, I couldn't stop reading. I also found the message fascinating; it is interesting to wonder just what the trees would say if they had the ability to communicate (I fear many of them would be quite unhappy.) I greatly enjoyed this, thank you for sharing!

I don't know about talking but trees certainly listen to my ramblings, they are the best at listening. Always a pleasure whisk, lovely flow and rhyme here, meadow

This was beautiful. It flowed extremely well, and as others said, I literally couldn't stop reading. A very intriguing subject that grabbed my attention at the beginning, with a satisfying conclusion. Well done!

If trees could talk, I would stop conversing with people.
Just joking! But, if they were truly capable of communicating, a lot more of us would be in line for the switch.
