I am not a poet,
Yet I speak as if a poet runs through my veins. As if the life that I unlimit myself to:
Is strong enough to not only: Not feel pain, but become pain itself.
I do not have perfect grammar, My academics are sub par at best.
But what I do have, is a aching heart, And a wound deep, as beautiful as it is.
I know not to write, because the inspiration is still fetal.
As durable as the brain matter I use to write wars in my head.
Ah, but these wars are not felt from others skin.
Only determined by one saliva’s dipping into my life.
“She” is the poet that runs through me.
She is how I am able to focus on the words I speak.
And with lush, and gravity I pull her closer.
Only to be met with more mental, and emotional hurdles.
I, Have spoken love, I have shown love, I have harbored love.
I, Have read love, distributed my love, and encased it: For “Her” eyes only.
Only to be met with more mental, and emotional walls.
Walls I break down, and then they regurgitate. And without warning:
“She” climbs again.
Ah, but patience is her favorite word.
Pay attention to her vitals, as “Her” heart beats with mine,
“She’s “ caught in a Maelstrom and the weak don’t survive.
You have found love, and you have fallen in love.
And it scares you. Because now I am the most important thing to you.
Ah, but this love pours from you, in a way I can feel,
But no one else can. In a way where.
The blood of angels ravish and live lavish in lakes,
Oh, But .
At that lake, that I saw your golden eyes in,
And plucked you out, like I caught the “big catch”
Come closer…
You have thunder?
I have wind, wind and strong ember, fire, burning inside..
To rip apart everything I am, and pour everything of you, In Me.
In us.. It is the divinity of the echo’s of life.
Some-how you will open your eyes.
And you will wake, but at that time, the sands may have took their last grain.
oh, did your heart stutter, with the thought of losing me forever?
I felt it, before you even read this poetry.. or pathetic letter.
I have spoken my love, I have written my love, I have touched my love.
I have kissed my love, I have shared many a’ intimate relations with my love.
But still. “She” refuses to become me.. The way I become “Her”.
I swim in “Her” regret, her pain, her emotional constraints.
And I still am astounded at how beautiful “She” Is.
Even still as I write these words, it is inspired from “Her” being.
Her royal connections to my alphabet, her fingernails to my speech.
As “She” Holds my breath, so not to BREATHE.
And.. without any inhale I speak and live.
And.. Without any breath, I give and give.
And.. Without “Her” voice. I die and Die.
Rush of life, light of light-steps.
Future of lightning stacks amends.
Amen,
Says the lord, oh, but you give up on me,
And lose all you are in the process.
Because what you don’t realize.
You are already assimilated into me.
And it furthers your pain and hurt, to be away.
Oh, but my heart cannot be wrong.
As my heart is life, as my heart is guide.
And it will guide me, into a beautiful world.
Tranquil, and lifelike.
All the crime and punishing blows,
Will not be enough to stop my love.
Will not be enough to stop “Her” Smile.
Will not be enough to stop “Her” love…

Re: I am not a poet
This is poet laureate good. The punctuation makes this a really fun read, especially if you read poems out loud like me. I was enthralled with this, I couldn't turn away until I finished it. You are very masterful in your writing. Thank you for giving us the chance to read this.
