What a piece!! Incredible!
There are streaks of rebellion against God in the lines

Place a rose upon my grave,
Offer up prayers to a god that
I never forgave,
And never called home.

Very strongly and impressively put indeed!
The expression 'my body and me' is the ultimate! You feel so disconnected with what you are portraying to the world at times. The facade is so unnatural. I could immediately relate to it as we so often feel so frustrated being tied up in 'the cage of your body' that your soul, your true self wants to break free from all shackles.

Your poem leaves one speechless! Congrats for the highly deserved Spotjight!
