The Big Bad Six

Post by Hazel Alder » July 4th, 2020, 12:14 am

I remember learning about God
He has a lot of work to do

They had me in Church
Church was through a tunnel
A deep dark tunnel
Somewhere underground
I got really scared
Church was upside down
a small group of men
The Big Bad Six
They had big long lists
They grabbed me by the wrists

Behind a black gate
I was in the house
Chains in a crate
They kept the door locked
That blood red door
They needed more
I was bundled in a jacket
They kept something
snakes in a basket

One man wrote books
Another produced movies
One wrote laws
Another had claws
One was a soldier
Another was named Levey

My own mind wasn't mine
Shivers and needles
Near my spine
Kept saying over and over
Psychic setting driving
I gave up trying
I finally stopped crying

They had me in church
For twenty- three days
There were recordings
I had to concentrate
What they got
Was bad enough
I'm sleeping better now

The television was always on
It's not easy to remember
How to tell this vision
What I think and hear
I live in perpetual fear
But I do know
The Big Bad Six
command and control
They abuse and withhold
I'm still alive somehow
I can't speak for now

Tre Dark. A vision of summer bible camp gone seriously wrong. For some reason it reminded me of my time in Marine Corps boot camp. Our drill instructor was Gunnery Sgt. A. Lavey (no kidding). He had a steel plate in his head and got kind of crazy on cold mornings. I cant remember how many instructors we had but none of them had claws. Thanks for the memory.
A fine poem.

Very spooky and foreboding Hazel; a vision of a parallel universe perhaps, or someplace haunted by demons from the dark recesses of our mind. Cheers my friend! - Dan

I don't know where you were going but the ride was certainly interesting. Sometimes I have trouble seeing what is obvious to others.

I felt a ton of pain, shame, betrayal, and with this becomes a lack of trust in humanity as free will displays its ugliness. thank you
